Cost Engineer

Eram Talent is seeking a Cost Engineer to join an Oil &amp; Energy client located in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project costs, creating budgets, and forecasting expenses. They will also work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Analyze project costs and create budgets</li><li>Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare cost estimates for projects</li><li>Monitor project expenses and track actual costs and provide forecasts</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule</li><li>Assist in developing project plans and schedules</li><li>Identify potential cost-saving measures and propose solutions</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for senior management</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field</li><li>10 + years of experience in cost engineering in the Oil &amp; Energy industry</li><li>Experience with project cost management and control systems</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li></ul>
