For more information, visit Worley.com</em><p><br></p>Responsible for the direction and supervision of all aspects of Cost Control, implementing systems and issuing reports to effectively analyse and control Project Cost Expenditures.<p><br></p>Specific Accountabilities<p><br></p>Supervise the Cost Control function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.<p><br></p>Monitor Labour and Non-Labour Costs during project execution.<p><br></p>Provide Cost data into project controls system and issue weekly reports on project cost status vs budget.<p><br></p>Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processes<p><br></p>Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area<p><br></p>Develop, implement and control the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements<p><br></p>Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.<p><br></p>Supervise other Cost control personnel.<p><br></p>Prepare inputs for project Invoices.<p><br></p>Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis<p><br></p>Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members<p><br></p>Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.<p><br></p>Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.<p><br></p>05-10 years relevant industry cost control experience.<p><br></p>Chartered Accountant or CPA, or bachelor’s degree or relevant years’ experience<p><br></p><strong><u>What We Offer You</u></strong><p><br></p><em>Providing an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
