Job Description

The Cost Controller will monitor and control all procedures that impact the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of food and beverage in the hotel, and to ensure that all control functions are established and enforced according to Four Seasons’ internal policies and procedures. They will create systems and processes in order to improve cost control metrics in food and in beverage and achieve the hotel’s profitability objectives. The F&B Cost Controller will promote revenue growth through revenue management focused strategies and analyses. They will also promote a culture of cost optimization and revenue generation in the F&B department.

He Ideal Cost Controller Will Have

  • Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and good time management for meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own tasks
