Job Description

1- Review and analyze the project tender file.
2- Create Cash Flow report for any new projects.
3 -Implement a plan for cost control, cost reduction, and budget estimate at the completion.
4- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all the projects’ cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts.
5- Issue monthly and quarterly reports stating any deviation from cost baseline.
6- Monitor projects’ gross margin over project life cycle.
7-Review budget variation requests submitted from sites and determine profit loss if any.
8- Review variation orders cost break down.
9- Monitor and Review the projects expenses. 

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
  • Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
  • ERP is a plus
  • Experience:  (10 -12)
