<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller Manager with substantial experience in budget management, project control, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in contract and procurement management, budgeting, and planning to ensure optimum profitability and cost efficiency.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with department heads to critically evaluate budgets and cost estimates.</li><li>Monitor incoming supplies of goods, resources, and services to determine the best pricing.</li><li>Stay updated with market developments that may impact resource prices.</li><li>Identify new suppliers and explore potential cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Verify invoices to ensure accurate pricing and delivery of goods/services.</li><li>Work with department heads to develop effective cost-saving strategies.</li><li>Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cost drivers and business interdependencies.</li><li>Comprehend the entire business arc and its impact on profitability.</li><li>Focus on maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.</li><li>Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.</li><li>Educate and persuade stakeholders to support cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Implement clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.</li><li>Manage the lifecycle of major and minor services contracts, including cash flow analysis and claims administration/settlement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>8+ experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Ability to strategize and implement cost-saving initiatives.</li></ul>
