Client is a leading contractor who works on major construction projects all over the world and are currently working on a major project on the NEOM development in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced cost controller responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:

– Prepare the Budget every 4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.
– Estimation of forecast cost along the Project- controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordance with the budgets set by the Management Committee
– Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost
– Variations from client: cost impact analysis
– Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assesment
– Staffing Plan
– Payment application to client
