<p>• Review all Branch recipes cost and actual cost.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review monthly closing for all Branches.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review all the recipes for any new product in all the Branches.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review and follow up on all the items cost of the commissary center.</p><p><br></p><p>• Reports any changing in the prices and its effect on the Branches cost.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review final monthly report for all Branches and analyze its deviation.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review pace setter report for all the chains and proceed with monthly meeting with operations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review the variable cost in the P&amp;L report by the end of the month for all the Branches .</p><p><br></p><p>• Analyze all the data of the deviated Branches and take the necessary actions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Attend investigation with the legal department and knowing the reasons of the deviation if it’s found.</p><p><br></p><p>• Attend the monthly operation meeting for all Branches.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review &amp; follow up the sales for all the branches and confirmed it with the revenue department.</p><p><br></p><p>• Take actions on short and over in all spot checks assuring company’s policy is applied in all criteria’s (cash, food etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>• Review the product mix for all the Brands to confirm that all the items have a cost &amp; also to insure that all the items have the right recipe.</p><p><br></p><p>• Test and finalizing recipes for each Branch after testimony and experiments.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review the monthly comparison to each Branch with the same period from the previous year requested by the head office.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review all monthly reports for his department.</p><p><br></p><p>• Marketing campaigns pre-study review.</p><p><br></p><p>• Analyze and evaluate post-studies for marketing campaign.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review and analyze prices –sales/cost- changes effect and impact.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Necessary Knowledge and Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>5+ years of previous experience in Restaurants / Hospitality / FMCG / F&amp;B/Retail industry</p><p><br></p><p>Education and Certification Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
