About the role

As a Corporate Services Support Assistant, you will be responsible to liaise, coordinate and manage various administrative functions within Corporate Services, providing administration support for the smooth functioning on a daily basis for the team .

Accountabilities

Support in Asset Management

Assist in taking count of every single item of furniture, fixtures, appliances and all that fall under the purview of asset management.

Follow the process for disposal of assets as defined in the policy.

Assist in tagging the items and generating UIN (Unique Identification Numbers) as per the established process.

Map all the tagged financial assets & Non-financial assets to the location assigned.

Log rectification entries and make adjustments in accordance to the guidelines provided, after obtaining necessary approvals.

Ensures tasks and duties are performed in timely and efficient manner.

Performs other related duties, as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

Report to line manager/supervisor for any escalations and issues

Qualifications

About you

Qualifications and Experience:

Without a Degree:

High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

OR

With a degree:

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with minimum 1 years of job-related experience.

Job Specific Skills:

Essential

Very good knowledge of MS Office (outlook, excel, word)

Fluent in written and spoken English

Valid Qatari or a transferable driving license

Ability to work under pressure
