Job Description
<strong>Role Purpose<br></strong>Generating/increasing revenue growth with existing/new corporate accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through selling VF products and services through developing, winning, project managing and execution of new and renewal bids, with the main purpose of driving penetration in the accounts and increase customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership<br></strong><ul><li>Manages account portfolio of Vodafone accounts, evaluates risks / threats appropriately across portfolio, and revises plans where appropriate </li><li>Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue, connections for voice and data, market share and net margin contribution line with company vision and values </li><li>Ensures sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets are achieved for the assigned accounts/Industry </li><li>Identifies new sales opportunities and grow sales pipeline qualifying and developing opportunities through the sales cycle </li><li>Introduces new innovations and concepts to key decision makers within the customer through relationship and stakeholder management of CEOβs and Sales Directors within all key clients </li><li>Gathers and analyses data regarding competitor pricing and products and ensure that Vodafone products and services fit customer requirements in line with the marketing team </li><li>Updates full accounts information on One SF on daily basis/after successful activation transaction </li><li>Manages and plans personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed strategy with the segment manager. </li><li>Monitors and maintains cross function activities (Fraud, activation, bidding …)</li><li>Identifies cross sell and up sell opportunities for fixed, solutions and mobility services specific to customer industry. </li><li>Maintains industry awareness and influences and collaborates on Vodafone Marketing products development Strategy. </li><li>Updates the Marketing team with the competitive new offers and competition landscape </li><li>Identifies and qualifies up-selling sales opportunities to increase growth and revenue on customer accounts </li><li>Secures, manages and deepens the Vodafone customer relationship with the long-term focus of expanding the overall footprint/ penetration and introduction of innovative products and services </li></ul><p><br></p>Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience<p><br></p><ul><li>University Degree</li><li>1 to 3 years of experience in managing large accounts in the sales/presales or technical background role </li><li>Extensive track record of successful corporate accounts voice & solution selling </li><li>Demonstrated success in networking with decision makers amongst industry leaders with strong relationship management skills. </li><li>Advanced analytical skills and ability to report on findings & outputs </li><li>Strategic Thinker</li><li>Adaptable</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>The ability to produce reports and presentations demonstrating a clear understanding of the customer with a key focus on the development of voice, fixed and solutions propositions.</li></ul>
