<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>Out-Door Sales Executive for the enterprise project will be responsible for acquiring new and existing accounts MNP with MRC of 6K+. (Hunting and Farming).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· 100%+ target achievement month over month. </p><p>· Deliver and maintain @100% all qualitative targets.</p><p>· Acquire MNP accounts 6k+ MRC</p><p>· Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure low churn.</p><p>· Keeping up to date with the latest product offerings and promotions</p><p>· Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and inquiries</p><p>· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs</p><p>· Reporting on sales activities and providing feedback to management</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong><strong>: </strong>A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferred for this position. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in out-door enterprise sales.</p><p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong><span> </span>The Sales Executive should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs. The candidate should be able to listen actively, ask relevant questions, and provide clear and concise information to customers.</p><p><strong>Sales Skills:</strong><span> </span>The Sales Executive should expect to generate leads have strong sales skills to effectively sell new postpaid plans to customers. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong ability to persuade, excellently negotiate and close deals.</p><p><strong>Customer Service Skills:</strong><span> </span>The Sales Executive should have strong customer service skills to provide customers with excellent experience throughout the sales process. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</p><p><strong>Time Management Skills</strong>: The Sales Executive should have good time management skills to manage their schedule effectively and meet their sales targets. The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time efficiently, and work independently.</p><p><strong>Technology Skills:</strong><span> </span>The Sales Executive should be comfortable using technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, to manage customer interactions and sales activities.</p><p><strong>Positive Attitude:</strong><span> </span>The Sales Executive should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.</p>
