Job Description
<p>As a Corporate Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding our clients through the complexities of global business setup, licensing requirements, and incorporation processes. Your expertise and understanding of the legal framework surrounding cryptocurrencies and fintech will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>路 Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal requirements and regulations related to the establishment of crypto and fintech companies in various jurisdictions.</p><p>路 Advise clients on the most suitable jurisdictions for company setup and assist in the selection process based on their specific business needs, including the appropriate corporate structuring</p><p>路 Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information required for company formation and licensing applications.</p><p>路 Prepare and review legal documents, including incorporation papers, MOAs/AOAs, operating agreements, and licensing applications.</p><p>路 Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to facilitate the licensing and incorporation process.</p><p>路 Stay up-to-date with emerging legal and regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech industry, and provide proactive guidance to clients.</p><p>路 Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, partnerships, and other legal agreements pertaining to the operations of crypto and fintech companies.</p><p>路 Provide legal support and advice on compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.</p><p>路 Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure the seamless integration of legal considerations into business strategies and initiatives.</p><p>路 Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents, licenses, and corporate filings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialization in International Business Law is preferred.</p><p>路 Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer or legal specialist, preferably within the crypto/blockchain/fintech industry.</p><p>路 In-depth knowledge of international corporate law, licensing requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to crypto and fintech companies.</p><p>路 Proven track record in successfully setting up companies and obtaining licenses in multiple jurisdictions.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory challenges specific to the crypto and fintech industry, such as data protection, securities regulations, and AML/KYC compliance.</p><p>路 Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.</p><p>路 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts and advice clearly and concisely.</p><p>路 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p>路 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.</p><p>路 Professional certifications or memberships in relevant legal associations or societies would be an advantage.<strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Vision</strong></p><p>We take pride in our vision to provide outsourcing solutions that propel the businesses that partner with us to new levels of success.
