Some of the key skills required for this role include: – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion – Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – Knowledge of employment laws and regulations – Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures – Experience conducting workplace investigations – Strong organizational and project management skills – Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR, and legal teams – Experience developing and delivering training programs Overall, the Corporate – Employee Relations Specialist should have a deep understanding of employee relations issues and the ability to manage these issues in a fair and consistent manner while maintaining a positive work environment.
