They are innovating new ways to help improve the quality of life of the Egyptian retailer and soon to other retailers globally.<p><br></p>If you are passionate about working hard to make an impact and innovate new solutions, MaxAB is looking for top talent.<p><br></p>The Corporate Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of operational data, monitoring operations metrics, managing the governance process around key operations metrics, and identifying potential operational improvements based on the needs of the business. Other responsibilities include special projects strategic to the Company, including but not limited to acquisition due diligence, pre- and post-merger integration support, strategic corporate initiatives, and market analysis.<p><br></p><strong><u>Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Undertake research and due diligence on potential investments.</li><li> Support the investment process from identification to closure.</li><li> Support with post-deal integration and portfolio management</li><li> Researching, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data</li></ul><p><br></p>to identify business opportunities.<p><br></p><ul><li> Provide insights on local and regional market activity.</li><li> Responsible for risk monitoring and red flag reporting across investments</li><li> Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on Company goals</li></ul><p><br></p>Present to senior management or executive level with the ability to support analysis.<p><br></p><ul><li> Provide support with all investor communication materials and documents, including presentations, quarterly and monthly reports, information memos, etc.</li><li> Assist with fundraising process and development of investor roadshows.</li><li> Analyze and present financial and operational trends, competitive environment, and anything else that could impact the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li><li> 3-5 years of relevant experience</li><li> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li> Strong attention to detail</li><li> Excellent analytical skills</li><li> Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.</li></ul>
