We’re growing and need talented people like you to help us continue to protect the world’s most vital resources.<p><br></p><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop content and support update of content on the company intranet (INSIDE)</li><li>Develop content and support update of content on IMEA websites</li><li>Support development and utilization of the Sprout Advocacy e-newsletter in alignment with Comms team members</li><li>Source and develop internal / external stories, partnering with divisions, functions, and countries (to share on INSIDE, our website(s) and or on social media)</li><li>Support development of digital channels’ analytics reports and presentations as well as KPI tracking</li><li>Explore latest trends and best practices on digital and social communications in the B2B field and propose how to implement at Ecolab, where relevant</li><li>Act as point person for digital and social communications know-how </li><li>Act and assist as point of contact to give guidance on correct implementation of brand guidelines and to address brand-related questions</li><li>Develop, organize, and maintain and up-to date archive / library of branded collateral (such as branded posters, event toolkits, brochures, yearly branded giveaways, etc.)</li><li>Support implementation of our refreshed brand for various IMEA countries</li><li>Support with successful organization and planning of high profile virtual and in-person events (including development and send off of invites for events such as such as IMEA and India townhalls, People manager calls, launch events, etc.)</li><li>Develop post-events surveys as well as to collect and prepare feedback to share with stakeholders.</li><li>Review, write, edit, and proofread corporate communication material.</li><li>Produce impactful reports and presentations</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Communications team.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Experience with content creation, including writing and graphic design.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Knowledge about latest communication and social media trends is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>This is an entry-level, full-time position with flexible hours.
