<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Focus on cultivating relationships with influential figures in the media industry and managing external public relations at the corporate level. This involves enhancing brand visibility by engaging with industry editors, media professionals, and journalists. The objective is to amplify brand exposure through strategic means without relying on direct advertising.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of media coverage to maximize the quality and frequency of exposure.</li><li>Act as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Write, proofread, and distribute effective press releases in both Arabic and English languages. Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and effectiveness of press releases to effectively communicate the company’s message to the targeted audience.</li><li>Translate, copyedit, and proofread communication materials and content in Arabic.&nbsp;</li><li>Plan, manage, and organize the company’s signature events.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.</li><li>Develop high-quality and commercially successful event sponsorship models or structures in line with the brand image and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters through securing and leading new business meetings and maintaining strong relationships.</li><li>Write or prepare high-quality external communication documents including sponsorship marketing materials and proposals.&nbsp;</li><li>Secure cash and event sponsorships and signatures events income as per the set target.</li><li>Create new forms or review existing forms for the company as needed.</li><li>Work or collaborate with the team to brainstorm new innovative growth strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.</li><li>Experience of at least 3 years.</li><li>Excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills.</li><li>Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus to details and completing assigned tasks accurately on a timely basis.</li><li>Ability to accomplish projects with minimal supervision.</li></ul><p><br></p>
