Read on to find out just how far.<br><br>Role purpose:<br><br> <ul><li>Operation &amp; Maintenance of domain’s nodes, including Incident and Problem Management</li> <li>Integration of new nodes/software releases</li> <li>Automation and development of tools to support daily tasks</li> <li>Manage the relation and escalation with the Vendors and Managed Services Teams</li> <li>Impact and risk assessment for new projects and changes in existing environment</li> <li>Provide support and/or manage the Core Telco infrastructure</li> <li>Perform/supervise the acceptance of new nodes, services into live network making sure the required documents and processes are validated</li> </ul> <br><br>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<br><br> <ul><li>L1 NOC management and guidance</li> <li>L2 Managed Services management and ensure their contractual KPIs and SLAs are followed</li> <li>Prepare, ensure approval, and execution of the changes under CS Core domain and Telco infra</li> <li>Manage the CS Core KPIs and ensure any degradation reported is being address accordingly (as incident, problem or improvement cycle)</li> <li>Preventive maintenance planning and follow up</li> <li>Integration of new nodes, services</li> <li>Attend night activities when the situation requires</li> <li>Perform incident and problem management for CS Core domain and follow up on partners, vendors to ensure Vodafone SLAs are met</li> <li>Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) through Major Incident Reviews (MIR) with the Vendors and update KEDB documentations</li> <li>Capacity assessment and raise any concerns to design or concerned entity</li> <li>Execute and validate SW and HW bug fixes, release upgrades and expansions.</li> <li>Participate in an on-call Rota and flexible working hours</li></ul>
