Job Description

The MNS Core CS BO Manager is assigned to work to handle Ericsson CS and International domains in Core Network.
• Responsible to handle around 20 CS BO resources for daily operation work.
• Work as interface for Core Director at customer side. Describing & aligning for the changes and daily operational issues.
• The candidate should have CS background and have experience in troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining and improving the performance of Core network
• The candidate should have experience on automation to automate network activities using AI and ML
• Experience in change management, configuring management, release management, risk management, problem management and incident management
• Develop, implement & review operational policies and procedures and managing daily operations’ activities
• The Manager’s Functional Role is typically working with Core and IMS Network Nodes (IMS – CSCF/MTAS/SBC/IP Works/Nels, IP-STP, MSS/MSC/ TSC and MGW)
• O&M of Ericsson Platforms – BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, CPP
• Troubleshoot skills for International Roaming issues, IR complaints and coordinate with roaming partners.
• Have automation expertise in shell scripting, VB scripting, SQL, Python, Mongo DB, elk stack, angular, restapi.
• Able to handle performance function using SAP BI and other analysis tools.
• System problems are to be identified and rectified according to agreed timing in SLA.
• Ensure the availability of the network to be at the highest possible level by ensuring that problems / degradations are handled swiftly, relevant performance parameters are interpreted and highlighted if deemed necessary.
• Contribution in the creation and improvements of ideas, procedures and routines within the group/ department.
