Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Copywriter to take care of the company’s social media accounts. As the copywriter, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing our online communities, and building relationships with influencers and partners when possible. You should have a deep understanding of copywriting related to the social media platforms and trends.

Portfolio desirable; not mandatory. Candidates can link it to their CV if applicable.

Salary Range: 15K AED – 20K AED / month based on experience.

Trial Period: 3 months extendable if applicable.

Work type: Full-time Work visa and health insurance will be provided by the employer.

 

Note: This is an on-site job, therefore remote work will not be accepted. Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate / commute daily to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working in close ties with content creator and the digital marketing, the role will involve, but not restricted to:

·        Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.

·        Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.

·        Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing

·        projects (e.g., email campaigns and landing pages)

·        Conduct high-quality research and interviews.

·        Edit and proofread copy as needed.

·        Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.

·        Source images and other content

 

Skills / Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as a copywriter or related role.

·        Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.

·        Minimum 2 year’s experience in Copywriting.

·        Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

·        Experience with SEO.

·        Strong research skills.

·        Creativity.

·        Collaborative spirit.

·        Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

·        BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field.

·        Excellent attention to details is key to the role.
