Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

Role Summary:
Your mission is to work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure the execution of projects goes as smoothly as possible.
What’s On Your Plate:
- Help coordinate Digital & CRM campaigns with our local teams.
- Support the local marketing specialists for FV and NFV in scheduling, posting, and moderating their campaigns
- Responsible for brainstorming new engaging content for the social media platforms to raise the E.Rs
- Responsible for keeping track of all social media trends to make sure the brand hops on the major ones.
- Responsible for moderating the social media platforms and responding to the community in a timely manner to control and maintain a healthy response rate.
- Must keep taps on any issues that are escalated by the social community and escalate internally on an urgent basis to be ahead of a crisis curve.
- Handle the social media live coverage of any event that takes place
- Maintain strong connections and relations with contracted social media influencers and ensure their contracts are always valid and up to date.
- Prepare the following reports: Competitive landscape (Weekly), Social media weekly analysis report.
What Did We Order:
- 0-2 years of working experience in Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Analytical and comfortable with numbers (Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus)
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Content Writing.
