<strong><u>Job Description Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>Responsible for overseeing the complete on-boarding process for all riders and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. We are currently recruiting for 3 Coordinator positions with bases in Jordan’s Aqaba, Zarqa, and Irbid cities.<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Your Plate? </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Providing applicants with the needed support and answering their inquiries</li><li>Reviewing and verifying Applicants documents</li><li>Conducting face to face interviews with the applicants for the selection process</li><li>Performing a Quality check before Approving the applicants</li><li>Archiving riders documents</li><li>Activating riders accounts and equipment</li><li>Handling inventory issuance and returns quality checks</li><li>Handling riders resignations, collecting returns inventory, verifying financial clearance and handing over the documents</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Did We Order? </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration management or any other related field.</li><li>0-2 Years of full time experience in data-entry and customer service.</li><li>Flexibility</li><li>Ideally experience in customer experience</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Fluent in both languages Arabic and English</li><li>Communication skills (Written and Verbal)</li><li>Excel Skill</li></ul>
