Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Creation of Sales Orders & Delivery Notes

  • Preparing implementation reports

  • Generating reports from SAP

  • Revision of discounts and payment terms, if any

  • Moving of delivery dates

  • Preparing Pro-forma invoices

  • Maintaining records for LPO

  • Handle UPS invoices

  • Invoicing DN’s once packed in SAP

YOUR TALENT

Education:

  • Preferably with a bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • Ideally with 1-year Customer Service experience

  • Experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory

Capabilities:

  • Results-oriented

  • Customer service oriented

  • Ability to work alongside other functions

  • Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)

  • Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)

  • Attention to detail
