  •  Identify and evaluate potential vendors for rental equipment based on quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure rental equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Resolve any vendor-related issues, such as order discrepancies, quality concerns, or payment disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand equipment requirements and forecast demand.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with vendors to replenish stock as needed.
  • Implement inventory management systems and processes to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of rental equipment, ensuring efficient delivery and pickup.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as operations, maintenance, and customer service, to schedule equipment availability and coordinate deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, rentals, and returns, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor equipment utilization rates and recommend strategies to optimize fleet availability and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of in-house rental equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams to schedule and track equipment servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement processes for equipment inspection, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Generate reports on vendor performance, inventory levels, equipment utilization, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on procurement and operations activities.
