About The Job
Our Team:
The maintenance coordinator’s responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnosing and fixing any faults on machinery.
Main responsibilities:
HSE
- Comply with Sanofi LSR life-saving rules and HSE requirements related to its activities.
- Every employee is empowered to quickly identify, correct and report unsafe conditions, risky behaviors or potentially dangerous situations.
- Wear the clothing, safety shoes and PPE provided.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the PPE made available and ensure their conservation according to the instructions in force.
- Report weak signals and any risky situation via the HSE8 element during the +QDCI meeting.
- Participate in HSE risk analyzes at the workstation.
- Complete HSE training on time.
- Carry out the medical examination following a call from the occupational physician.
- Do not use electrical equipment with defects (bare wires, missing part, unverified power strip, etc.)
- Scrupulously respect the HSE instructions in risk areas (ATEX, CMR, store unloading area, confined area, non-bearing roof, etc.).
- Scrupulously respect the HSE instructions in force when working at a height > 1.8m.
- Edit HSE events in time to launch investigations following an incident and/or risky situation.
- Issue change controls in time for any changes.
- Ensure compliance with the procedures in force for the management of waste and effluents.
- Ensure the reporting of housekeeping discrepancies via work orders.
- Do not bypass safety devices.
- Do not throw waste chemicals and/or pharmaceuticals down the drain.
- Comply with HSE guidelines when driving handling equipment, if applicable.
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Keep the workstation clean and avoid throwing waste outside the dedicated areas
- Ensure that the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of facilities help prevent incidents and meet or exceed compliance obligations.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Sanofi HSE management system applicable to activities in the management of suppliers and subcontractors, during both investment and maintenance projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with LOTO instructions, work permits and machine safety
Management
- Manage and supervise the team of UAP technicians.
- Ensure the implementation of autonomous maintenance
- Conduct technical GPS and participate in improving machine performance
Maintenance
- Conduct curative and preventive maintenance operations while developing predictive maintenance aimed at improving the availability and performance of UAP equipment.
- Control and monitoring of the condition and operation of equipment and installations.
- Elaborate the diagnosis of breakdowns
- Analysis of the TRS and monitoring of the causes of packaging equipment stoppages.
- Ensure a technological and regulatory watch (Design, propose and carry out modifications to the equipment to improve their performance and ensure their compliance)
- Monitoring of expenditure by equipment and consumption of spare parts, definition of their criticality and safety stocks
- Improve workstation ergonomics.
Documentation
- Ensure the completion of documents relating to the interventions of process equipment (Intervention reports, logbook, LOTO, work permit, request for intervention in critical areas, etc.).
- Management of Change control, CAPA and events on quality assurance systems
- Management and updating of technical and operating documentation for equipment, specific internal procedures and ensuring their application.
- Development and updating of preventive maintenance ranges, monitoring and scheduling of work.
- Monitoring of projects relating to related equipment and development of URS
About You
- High school diploma.BAC +5 Master degrees (electromechanical, automatism, mechanical Engineering, Industrial maintenance)
- Pharma experience recommanded.
- Repair work experience.
