<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a<strong> Controlling &amp; Planning Associate Manager.</strong> for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p>The management controller role consists on assisting the governing bodies before defining the company’s overall economic strategy and optimizing its financial profitability. He/she will define realistic provisional budget objectives based on data from different departments of the company (particularly sales departments) and financial studies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>▪ You will elaborate financial budget (and forecasts) &amp; Long-term plan of the company.</p><p>▪ You will control the actual results of the company compared to budget/forecast.</p><p>▪ You will advise and provide solutions to the general management.</p><p>▪ You will analyze financial data of the company.</p><p>▪ You will anticipate budgetary problems that the company could face.</p><p>▪ You will participate in the definition of the company’s objectives.</p><p>▪ You will establish a plan in agreement with the operational managers</p><p>▪ You will create your own reporting tools to illustrate the results</p><p>▪ You will build the main financial statements over 3 years by projecting the current results of the company, the estimates of the current year and the strategic objectives defined by the general management.</p><p>▪ You will create the files of new suppliers on APPIAN</p><p>▪ You will approve contracts integrated by departments on APPIAN</p><p>▪ You will track purchase orders on SAP</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>▪ You have a degree from a business or engineering school with a finance and management control specialty or a Master’s degree in accounting-control-audit (CCA).</p><p>▪ You have 3-5 years of experience in similar managerial position</p><p>▪ You’re capable of doing financial analysis, very well organized, methodical, good relational and precise.</p><p>▪ Yoy have excellent knowledge of English and French written and oral.</p><p>▪ You have Master the office package.</p><p>▪ You are mastered in SAP and APPIAN.</p><p>▪ You have solid knowledge in accounting and finance</p><p>▪ You have managerial capacities</p><p>▪ You have master knowledge of the accounting rules.</p><p>▪ You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team and all staff level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our client is a growing company that actively creates opportunities for young people, with a strong focus on training.</li><li>International and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you recognize yourself in this profile, please do not hesitate to contact us.
