Our client:
- On behalf of our client an eminent name in the construction/ EPC industry, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join the contracts team.
Your role:
- To ensure that all construction projects run smoothly to optimum profitability ensuring that customers are satisfied with the work, which is on time, to quality standards and within costs.
- Manage the delivery of multiple contracts and the team members delivering each. Ensuring all company procedures and company policies are being followed.
- Conduct regular site reviews.
- Ensures and promotes compliance with the company’s policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Generates contracts reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to properly monitor active and expiring contracts, escalation opportunities, contract owner assignment, other data.
- Manages and administers contract-related records in the relevant contracts databases; maintains Contracts files; accountable for contract database data integrity related to their location.
- Responsible for the supervision, management, orientation, and ongoing development of Contracts personnel in the assigned location.
Skills
Must haves:
- Candidates for this role typically have at least 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry. Experience managing large-scale projects with a budget of at least $500 million is preferred.
