MAIN FUNCTION

The incumbent shall be required in providing a high level of understanding and expertise on legal and commercial matters on pre-qualification, bidding, tenders and contracts management. He shall be responsible in high value commercial activities including tendering procedures, change management, contract preparation, negotiation of terms and conditions, and provide practical commercial solutions to any claims or disputes.
