<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and file compliance reports</li><li>Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.</li><li>Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.</li><li>Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.</li><li>Tracking and responding to complaints.</li><li>Maintaining records of compliance activities.</li><li>Communicating with government agencies.</li><li>Preparing and filing compliance reports.</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Documenting and reporting skills.</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field</li><li>Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance.</li></ul>
