<strong><u>The Responsibilities Include</u></strong><p><br></p>We are seeking a passionate individual to join our vibrant, high-energy, and diverse business team in the Middle East as our Content Writer.<p><br></p><ul><li>Write and edit compelling and concise copy for various marketing channels, such as press releases, website copy, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.</li><li>Manage the distribution of press releases to media outlets, journalists, and stakeholders.</li><li>Follow up with the press to ensure coverage of press releases and other news stories.</li><li>Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and informative content.</li><li>Work with designers and other creative team members to develop visually captivating marketing materials.</li><li>Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing.</li><li>Publish engaging and innovative property content in English that aligns with the requirements of the Prime Residential Sales team.</li><li>Possess a strong understanding of property-related keywords for targeted content and experience optimizing website content for SEO.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the SEO and digital marketing team to develop and implement a content-rich website strategy that ensures Knight Frank ranks highly in Dubai property Google searches.</li><li>Create content for various social media marketing platforms and publish engaging posts.</li><li>Keep up to date with SEO and digital marketing advancements and propose new ideas to enhance written property content.</li><li>Identify clients’ property search requirements and address content gaps to meet their needs.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to create original content.</li></ul>
