<ul><li>Strong data and systems knowledge, research customers across multiple platforms and systems determining and completing the records as appropriate to ensure the customer information is correct</li><li>Flags duplicate in Microsoft databases and lists, find the right contacts in Microsoft systems first, confirm the contact information through external sources such as LinkedIn, web search, and others, and bring in additional contacts following Microsoft Privacy and CELA rules</li><li>Researches and updates: website information, industry information, number of employees, associated companies, address, and phone numbers</li><li>Understands Microsoft segmentation and account management in order to identify, and provide the necessary proof and instructions to properly segment organizations. Knowledge of Government, not-for-profit, Education, and commercial segmentation of global and local rules</li><li>Demonstrate strong data search techniques skills and advanced data manipulation</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong> <ul><li>High school diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred</li><li>Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred, IT industry experience preferred</li><li>A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals</li><li>General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately</li><li>Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity</li><li>2-3+ years data experience with a proven track record of success</li><li>Strong drive to overcome and succeed in complex tasks, good oral, written and verbal communications skills to provide details and troubleshoot issues with the immediate team and Microsoft</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Windows OS</li><li>Required language skills:</li><ul><li>English: Minimum intermediate level (oral, written and verbal skills)</li><li>Supported market: Fluent (oral, written and verbal skills)</li></ul></ul>
