<strong><u>Roles And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supporting the Sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements</li><li>Lead the on going brand &amp; commercial management of Dairylea, working closely with Customer Planning, Finance and Consumer Insights</li><li>Arrange consumer events (booths, fan days)</li><li>Organize tasting / educational events among the major accounts of target consumer groups, opinion and press leaders</li><li>Work with Customer Management to ensure all marketing executional details are planned and covered and a clear resource and tracking plan incl</li><li>Participation in consumer-advertising plans development including brand positioning review and media strategy</li><li>Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to the top management</li><li>Brand building via content creation for specific consumer life stages</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Technical And Professional Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You are exected to have a College Degree.</li><li>Experience in marketing &amp; buying of beauty</li><li>Ordering stock management</li><li>Arabic speaker should be bilingual</li><li>Supplier relationship</li><li>Relationship management with the Brand Team</li><li>Should be able to manage Marketing calendar</li><li>Introducing / sourcing brands</li><li>Coordinate with budget / finance</li></ul>
