<strong><u>Purpose &amp; Overall Relevance For The Organization<br><br></u></strong>As part of the Digital Consumer Experience team, you will be responsible for driving execution and optimization of the Digital Consumer Experience across adidas in Emerging Markets, focusing on our Arabic sites.<br><br>You will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Experience Manager to ensure a best-in-class consumer journey across web &amp; app, driving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.<br><br>Our goal is to evolve the Site &amp; Consumer Experience so that when a consumer leaves our touch point, we are not only meeting their expectations, but we are exceeding them – this role is key for delivering on this goal.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Maximise trade opportunities via best-in-class merchandising. Maintain cross &amp; up selling, product positioning and stock availability. Analyze website performance on a weekly basis and make reports with suggested actions.</li><li>Execute campaigns e.g. product launches and promotional campaigns in line with the trade calendar.</li><li>Ensure key consumer journeys on site and app are optimized weekly.</li><li>Use Adobe Analytics to monitor performance against targets and take necessary actions on the site daily/weekly/monthly to enhance performance.</li><li>Working cross functionally with marketing, buying, and operations to meet key KPIs in conversion, average order value, etc.</li><li>Support with all reports and presentations required.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Relationships<br></u></strong><ul><li>Internal: Digital Marketing, Operations, Campaign &amp; Promotions, Tech Support, Analytics Teams.</li><li>External: Salesforce.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Experienced in eCommerce, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel is required. </li><li>Knowledge in Google analytics and eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Degree in business administration, marketing or related.</li><li>Experience in e-Commerce of at least 2 years is a must.</li></ul>
