Areas of Responsibility
During your tenure in Organization and Workforce Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
– Help clients within the Middle East region solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilizing a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
– Scope, deliver, and lead components of project work across a range of Organization and Workforce Transformation solutions, including, but not limited to, organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
– Participate in cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver strategic Organization and Workforce scopes of work that would support the client growth agenda and aspiration.
– Design solutions that can help address complex organizational and people related issues, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
– Leverage standard processes, tools and methodologies to help optimize the clients’ organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and workforce strategies and programs.
– Present an approachable and professional style while engaging and communicating with others in an effort to build lasting relationships with client and team.
– Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams.
– Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.
– Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.
