<p><strong><u>Major Accountabilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Preparation of the required Business plans, Performance reports</p><p>& action plans for the assigned specialties/Subspecialties.</p><p>• Design and follow up operational plans to achieve allocated targets in assigned</p><p>hospitals.</p><p>• Research and identify potential key consultants in each assigned specialty.</p><p>• Develop, maintain, and enhance new or current relationships with consultants to attract and</p><p>develop patient flow with full ownership on their performance and progression including private referrals.</p><p>• Manage consultants process flow in assigned hospital including communication with hospital colleagues and relevant members across all concerned teams to ensure optimum consultant and patient experience.</p><p>• Maintain and achieve agreed Call Rate, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within agreed budget.</p><p>• Promoting defined CHG services according to the target marketing campaign</p><p>of the assigned Specialty/Subspecialty to ensure delivery of CHG strategy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ Medicine/ Veterinary medicine.</p><p>-Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably in hospital sales.</p><p>-Effective communication and negotiation skills.</p><p>-Cross-functional working skills.</p>
