Consulting with Peerpoint means having the support and backing of Allen &amp; Overy and, with it, access to the highest quality work, clients, resources and support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Banking and Finance opportunities – UAE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for qualified lawyers with a minimum of five years’ post qualification experience in banking and finance including general corporate lending, project finance, restructuring and Islamic finance to join our UAE panel.</p><p><br></p><p>Successful candidates will have :</p><ul><li>A minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience at a magic circle, or top tier global law firm, with additional in house experience either via secondment or directly</li><li>A strong technical skill set within transactional banking, project finance, Islamic finance or general banking and finance</li><li>Demonstrable exposure to the banking and finance Middle East market</li><li>A strong desire to develop your career as a consultant.
