<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Preparation of Client pitches, presentations, and proposals in a timely and professional manner.</p><p>· Execution of a wide range of core services, including feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, operator searches, technical due diligence and valuation reports.</p><p>· Undertaking desktop and field research into specific industry sectors (i.e. hospitality, retail, mixed-use) and markets, summarising key takeaways and project implications and formulating market-driven recommendations.</p><p>· Developing financial projection models (either from scratch or utilizing existing models) for various real estate asset classes and commenting on overall project financial viability.</p><p>· Leading individual projects and reviewing work produced by other team members (Junior & Senior Analysts) to ensure highest quality and output which is aligned with the scope of work, delivered on time and within budget to the expectations of the Client.</p><p>· Responding promptly to Client needs, presenting project deliverables, attending meetings and workshops (this may require international travel).</p><p>· Maintaining and updating industry knowledge for use in project-related work as well as in being a good representative of the firm as international experts in hotels, tourism and real estate.</p><p>· Actively contributing to business development, revenue and strategic growth priorities.</p><p>· Building strong and trusted relationships with Clients beyond the immediate consulting assignment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Fluent English (essential) and Arabic (preferred). Other languages would be an added advantage.</p><p>· Graduate or post graduate degree in tourism, hospitality, management, finance or economics.</p><p>· Minimum of 2 years of work experience in tourism/hospitality operations, development or consulting roles in similar organizations, preferably within the Middle East.</p><p>· Well versed with report writing skills. Computer proficiency and knowledge of software applications, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.</p><p>· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to articulate ideas and make recommendations in a concise and comprehensive manner.</p><p>· Good knowledge of financial modelling and understanding of key real estate financial metrics.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you believe that you tick all the boxes and are looking for an exciting and enjoyable role in management consulting, we look forward to receiving your cover letter, CV and a recent photograph. </p><p><br></p>
