<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Manage and grow Construction department to meet goals.<p><br></p>Optimize manpower strategy, choose and create a team of specialists to assure quality and timely engineering and construction inquiries.<p><br></p>Add offshore construction and maintenance services.<p><br></p>Explore offshore construction and maintenance opportunities. <p><br></p>Client relations and project acquisition. <p><br></p>Promote Company Offshore &amp; Marine competencies.<p><br></p>Ensure construction project, operations, and work processes comply with legal, regulatory, and other requirements. <p><br></p>Help examine contract/tendering documentation to ensure it meets specifications.<p><br></p>Execute long-term business plan and aggressively evaluate new business possibilities with Commercial &amp; Business Development Manager<p><br></p>Communicate contract labor obligations and comply with norms.<p><br></p>Work pack and procurement for site engineering and construction.<p><br></p>Perform technical and support tasks for contracts, agreements, tenders, and other written documents.<p><br></p>To meet Company Offshore standards, inspect construction and maintenance materials, supplies, equipment, and services for quality and quantity.<p><br></p>Ensure contract field work meets business standards, procedures, specifications, and codes.<p><br></p>Maintain HSE, quality, and financial accountability.<p><br></p>Coordinate daily operations with boats and clients.<p><br></p>Coordinates information between Project, Subsea, Engineering, Commercial, Marine, Technical, Crew Manning, and Fabrication Yard. Protects employee health and the environment at all sites/work premises under their authority.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p>Mechanical/Civil/Construction Engineering Master’s<p><br></p><strong>Minimum 10 Years Of Offshore Project/construction/maintenance Experience.</strong><p><br></p>Engineering and project management software expertise<p><br></p>Oracle apps<p><br></p>English proficient Mechanical, structural, and SURF knowledge<p><br></p>Health, safety, security, and environmental regulations knowledge<p><br></p>Understanding Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001
