<p>The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required:-</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Minimum of 10 yrs experience as Construction Manager and a total experience of 18 yrs Plus. Preferable Arab Candidates with Schools construction experience will be an added advantage. Salary range from 16 to 20 Thousand AED. Immediate joining is required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee construction projects from construction to completion</li><li>Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors</li><li>Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies</li><li>Reporting and tracking status reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture</li><li>Time management</li><li>Decision making abilities</li><li>Strong communication abilities</li><li>Leadership experience</li></ul>
