We have an opening for a Construction Manager to join our team in the KSA. You would be working on multidisciplinary building/ Projects.

Your new role, what’s involved?
* I manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
* I am responsible for the on-site management of discipline specific construction activities.
* I monitor performance of the construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
* I am the primary contact with client representatives to coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure orderly and efficient completion of work.
* I ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained.
* I provide leadership and accountability for the implementation and measurable performance on site.
* I direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
* I determine the team requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
* I am responsible for the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the management of the project.
* I provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.

I ensure timely acceptance of shop drawings in coordination with design manager and the carrying out reports and other documentation required for the project.
