A leading construction contracting company specializing in delivering complex projects in the fields of ports and infratructure is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in Tabuk – Saudi Arabia. Position Overview: As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction activities related to ports, marine, and offshore projects. With your extensive contracting experience and technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects related to ports, offshore piping, and cranes, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Develop and implement construction strategies and methodologies, optimizing resource allocation, work sequencing, and construction sequencing.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for construction activities.
• Implement robust safety protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential construction issues, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and resolve construction-related conflicts, disputes, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
