<p><strong>Job Title: Construction Foreman (Finishing)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates</strong></p><p><strong>Availability: Immediate or within 1 week</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman with expertise in finishing worksfor a project in Abu Dhabi. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the finishing aspects of our construction projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.</p><p>- Manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and timely completion of finishing tasks.</p><p>- Monitor project progress and schedule, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and targets.</p><p>- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of finishing works, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or issues promptly.</p><p>- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the team.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically in finishing works.</p><p>- In-depth knowledge and expertise in various finishing techniques, materials, and processes.</p><p>- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of workers.</p><p>- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.</p><p>- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.</p><p>- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.</p><p>- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.</p><p>- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
