We currently have a great opportunity for a Conference Producer to join our Events team in Dubai during an exciting period of change and growth. This is a role with a significant amount of ownership and responsibility, working with our clients across Oil & Gas and New Sustainable energy conferences.
Over the years Euro Petroleum Consultants has grown from its inaugural ME-TECH conference to serving thousands of customers every year across 8 international events held across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Committed to providing the best experience for customers.
The role centres around the production and project management (agenda, content research and speaker acquisition) of established annual events and new launches.
Key Responsibilities
- The production of conferences agendas via advisory board meetings, telephone research, and face to face meetings.
- Researching with both supplier and producer target audiences to attract speakers, delegates and sponsorship.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team to maximise revenue opportunities and promotion.
- Build relationships and contacts with key industry experts and thought leaders to create new opportunities from untapped companies, countries, and markets.
- Be able to develop and deliver accurate production and project updates within weekly project meetings.
- The project management of an event from initial briefing through to onsite delivery and post event wrap up.
- To achieve productivity targets and KPIs to ensure that conference agendas are produced/signed off to deadline.
- To maintain and develop excellent customer relations and have a thorough understanding of the market you are working in.
- During the conference;
- Face-to-face onsite management and responsibility for the speakers, running order and schedule of the conference.
- Act as part of the on-site team, ensuring the smooth running of the event.
- Build relationships with conference speakers, sponsors and delegates.
