Job Description
- Adhere to service management process & service level agreement .
- Follow all the norms and points per the Information Technology Infrastructure Library for a fluent management process.
- Contribute to the installation of hardware components and activities like bug fixes and updates.
- Helping clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of a specific problem to offer useful solutions.
Skills
- Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
- Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various components in the computing inventory.
- Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.
- Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
