Job Description

  • Adhere to service management process & service level agreement .
  • Follow all the norms and points per the Information Technology Infrastructure Library for a fluent management process.
  • Contribute to the installation of hardware components and activities like bug fixes and updates.
  • Helping clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of a specific problem to offer useful solutions.

Skills

  • Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
  • Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various components in the computing inventory.
  • Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.
  • Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
