<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>VAM Systems </strong>is currently looking for<strong> Computer Technician </strong>for our<strong> Bahrain </strong>operations with the following skillsets &amp; terms and conditions:<p><br></p><strong>Educational Qualification &amp; Certifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> National Diploma in Computer science or Computer Engineering or above degree. </li><li> Certification in A+ and MOUS and preferable Network+ and MCDST. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 3 years progressive experience in computer technical support. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Skills: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Good communication skills. </li><li> Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support the user by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software logs. </li><li> Study the user technical requirements hardware and software. </li><li> Prepares computers with latest OS with drivers and necessary hardware settings. </li><li> Test and evaluate new functionality for Hardware and Software and recommend the most appropriate for Ministry’s work environment. </li><li> Work in a modern way and according latest technology and give suggestions to develop and improve work. </li><li> Provide training when necessary. </li><li> Provide temporary, backup and alternative devices for users. </li><li> Copying user data by following approved process. </li><li> Follow up with specialists and companies for maintenance, provide or replace devices. </li><li> Perform other duties and related tasks as may be required from time to time. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days) Terms and conditions</strong><p><br></p><strong>The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in Bahrain.</strong><p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>Terms and conditions:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame:</strong> <strong>maximum 4 weeks</strong>
