Develop an annual program of compliance activities with location leadership. This should align with the regional compliance roadmap
Develop and deliver compliance training and workshops. Including regular topics for procurement team and leadership
Review procurement processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls to prevent ethical issues
Assist with ethics investigations in Saudi Arabia, and the development and application of an investigation methodology that is compliant with applicable Saudi Legislation and Worley Values
Drive completion of conflict of interest declarations, educate leadership regarding trends and how to manage them
Promote the gift register and monitor it’s use
Support location in delivering annual code of conduct training
Interface with Customer and their compliance requirements / program
Participate as a member of the global Compliance team
A lawyer with previous experience in employment law, either Saudi trained, or able to work with local external solicitors to develop the required Saudi Legal system methodology for misconduct/values breaches contraventions and consequence management
Significant experience in corporate compliance / Worley systems
Self-motivated with demonstrated communication, team building and client relationship skills
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate times and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources
Ability to adapt to and promote organisational change where desired
Ability provide an efficient and effective service within the Location whilst maintaining adherence to Compliance and Corporate standards and Values, and play an advocacy role for those standards and Values
Ability to co-ordinate overall training plans
