At the heart of all this lies our team, which is creative, possesses strong leadership skills, and is 100% committed to our goals.<p><br></p>We’re on a mission to find the best talent and add an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team in their offices in Dubai.<p><br></p><strong><em>Your role at BDSwiss: </em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Performing regular monitoring to ensure that compliance standards and obligations of the company are adhered to.</li><li>Ensuring that the compliance procedures are followed to comply with SCA requirements and Group policies.</li><li>Prepare and/or review information and reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Performing various tasks that fulfill companies’ obligations imposed by regulatory authorities or internal standards.</li><li>Working closely with Compliance stakeholders and supporting the wider Compliance objectives.</li><li>Prepare frequent reports to Compliance stakeholders in relation to monitoring objectives.</li><li>Providing advice and solutions to the department on regulatory compliance queries/issues.</li><li>Analysing key compliance information and data to identify trends and make recommendations as to any follow-up required.</li><li>Review and approve all local marketing material and activities. </li><li>Ensuring the appropriate escalation of compliance weaknesses to line management.</li><li>Working with in-house and external advisors to monitor, and then implement responses to, regulatory developments that impact the company.</li><li>Actively informing the board of directors of regulatory changes. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>The Ideal Candidate : </em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University Degree with at least five (5) years of experience in the financial markets or related fields.</li><li>Holder of the SCA/CISI Rules and Regulation exam is mandatory. </li><li>Holder of any qualification relevant to CMA, AFA, CIP, CTP, CFA, MFC, ChFC, or CIA will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments is mandatory. </li><li>Great knowledge of the English and Arabic language. </li><li>Solid understanding of the UAE regulatory environment.</li><li>Great organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>What we offer: </em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive remuneration packages.</li><ul><li>Paid time off (including vacation and personal sick days).</li><li>Sponsorships for work-related training and professional examinations.</li><li>Development opportunities in a fast-growing environment, continuous training, and support.</li><li>Participation in the Company’s Medical insurance, airfare allowance to home country, and dependent visa.</li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Does this sound like you?
