We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and collaborative person who can manage and train a team of compliance analysts. If you have experience in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to be a member of an innovative compliance team in the crypto currency space, this is the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p>The Compliance Manager supports global Compliance program and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Crypto Experience is preferred.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main tasks will include, but not limit to</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conducting ongoing due diligence and reporting in line with customer’s risk profiles.</li><li>Coordinating various foreign regulatory filings.</li><li>Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations.</li><li>Focusing on internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance review, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviews.</li><li>Assisting in the development of training materials.</li><li>Making recommendations for enhancing the firm’s systems, controls, and processes</li><li>Managing and monitoring registers and other records necessary to evidence investigations.</li><li>Assisting with maintaining overall compliance with the requirements and obligations prescribed by local authorities.</li><li>Assessing high risk customers’ risk profiles and report adverse findings and compliance risks with recommendations to your line manager.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.</li><li>Developing good working relationships internally with Customer Services, Finance, and business.</li><li>Maintaining and documenting records of all review activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SKILS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A university degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline.</li><li>Good AML/CTF and regulatory compliance knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies with emphasis on Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) and the Money Laundering Regulations (MLR) as well as Virtual Assets Regulation.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a risk, fraud, compliance, AML or regulatory function, experience working with any regulated financial services business in legal or compliance roles preferred.</li><li>Professional designation in compliance/AML-related capacity (e.g., CAMS/ICA) is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of crypto-currency market is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in carrying out KYC, Screening, transaction monitoring, EDD, SAR report writing.</li><li>Experience in analysing complex ownership structures, and high-risk profiles.</li><li>Good attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to take accountability and ownership for work given and ensure tasks are delivered in a timely and complete manner.</li><li>Analytical skills and ability to work independently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we Offer:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>22-days annual leave plus public holidays</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Private Medical Insurance for you, partner & 3 children up to the age of 18.</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>End Of Service/Gratuity commences from the start of employment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How we hire:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Application Review</li><li>Interview team leads and CEO</li><li>Skills testing where applicable</li><li>Offer</li><li>Onboarding</li></ol>
