<p><strong>Compliance Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Venture Search Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Compliance Consultant</strong></p><p>Venture Search is currently working with Corporate services in the DIFC. The Financial Services business is currently growing its team and looking for experienced compliance consultants to join their thriving DIFC office. You will need to have a minimum of 6 years experience in regulatory compliance and with at least 6 years of experience in a DFSA, FSRA or UK FCA regulated firm as the Authorised Compliance Officer/MLRO.</p><p> </p><p>The successful candidate will be part of our Outsourcing team as a Consultant and will act as the Compliance Officer/MLRO for a range of DFSA-Authorised Firms. The role will include:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Overseeing the day-to-day operation of client policies, procedures, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations</li><li>Identifying compliance and money laundering risks and advising on improvements to the client’s control framework</li><li>Developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements</li><li>Liaising with the DFSA and other competent authorities on behalf of clients</li><li>Drafting and executing compliance monitoring and testing programs and performing desk-based reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures</li><li>Undertaking client on-boarding/KYC</li><li>Providing training on Compliance, AML, and Corporate Governance topics to clients and consultants</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and development, expanding on your subject matter expertise and contributing to the development and knowledge of Consultants and Analysts</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Minimum Experience and Qualification Requirements</u></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years as a DFSA, FSRA or FCA Authorized Compliance Officer/MLRO</li><li>Minimum 8 years in regulatory compliance either gained within a regulated firm or within a Compliance Consultancy</li></ul><p></p>
