KLOUDAC is a growing consultancy firm specializing in organizational compliance consultancy.

As the UAE Market is growing and thousands of new companies are entering the market, we need to assist them to run their firms in compliance with the regulations.

Whom are we looking for?

We are looking for dynamic individuals who have a passion for Compliance!

What you will do?

·      Conducting compliance assessments: You will need to assess the company’s compliance with laws and regulations, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions

·      Developing compliance policies and procedures: You will need to develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures that reflect changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is adhering to them

·      Providing training and support: You will need to provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures to ensure that they understand and follow them

·      Conducting investigations: You will need to investigate potential compliance violations and report findings to management

·      Monitoring compliance activities: You will need to monitor compliance activities to ensure that the company is adhering to laws and regulations

·      Documenting compliance activities: You will need to maintain records of compliance activities, including assessments, investigations, and training

·      Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes: You will need to stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that the company’s compliance program is up-to-date and effective

Job Requirement

·      You should have an understanding of the compliance (AML, ESR etc. )

·      Very good communication skills in English
