(Green Pack)</li><li>Apply for all type of visas in Bahrain.</li><li>Expert with removing all type of commercial violations in Bahrain.</li><li>Expert in using Sijilat, Tamkeen and LMRA portals</li><li>Arrange processing of attestation of clients as required.</li><li>Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.</li><li>Always maintain confidentiality and security of company and client’s documents.</li><li>Develop new business.</li><li>Handle administration tasks</li><li>Draft needful documents &amp; Letters / Memorandum &amp; Amendments of Association / Board Resolutions etc.</li><li>Handle the communication between our clients and third parties if needed.</li><li>Opening Bank accounts</li><li>Visit ministries and authorities if needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Incubator Manager Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Develop new business and introduce the incubator to intermediaries.</li><li>Handle the communication between the incubator and the SME’s Directorate.</li><li>Handle the communication between the incubator and the clients, and cross sell.</li><li>Handle the process of landing new clients (preparing the service agreement/ invoices/ payments etc.)</li><li>Make sure the Incubator is in a good standing.</li><li>Submitting the required reports to the SME’s Directorate.</li><li>Coordinate and arrange for training events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Person Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent organisational skills</li><li>Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic</li><li>Previous experience in a government liaison role/PRO in Bahrain</li><li>Excellent knowledge of all regulations in Bahrain</li><li>High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively particularly with local government bodies</li><li>Good computer skills</li></ul>
