<br><p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Corporate services provider UAE based and specialized in company formation and bank account opening currently looking for a qualified&nbsp;Manager<strong>&nbsp;</strong>for our Corporate Services Department.</p><p>You&nbsp;will be responsible for assisting clients to set up companies in the UAE such as Freezone, LLC, Offshore along with bank accounts opening and resident visa process.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities involve:</strong></p><p>o To prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies.</p><p>o To advise clientele with the process and needed requirements for setting up a business.</p><p>o To deal with the process of company formation and renewals.</p><p>o Process visa applications and renewal of clients including follow-ups with the concern agencies.</p><p>o To interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and update the corporate records accordingly.</p><p>o To review all invoices in relation to the Portfolio and liaise with the client regarding payment of the same</p><p>o Conduct customer due diligence and being updated with the new rules and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile Requirement:</strong></p><p>Fluency in English and French Language</p><p>2 years of relevant industry experience</p><p>Bachelors Degree in Law or Finance preferred</p><p>Candidate must already be based in Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Remuneration Package</strong></p><p>Salary AED 15,000( negotiable based on experience)+ Commission</p>
